"The staff and owner were amazing and so kind. They went above and beyond and were so friendly. Our room had a great view of the waterfront. We spent a large amount of time on our balcony, enjoying the views. King size bed was very comfortable, and had everything we needed in the room. I don’t have anything bad to say about our stay, 10/10 stay, we will definitely be returning in the future! "

"This was the cutest little cottage room! We spent 2 nights here while visiting Lunenburg. The cottage was newly updated and clean, complete with tv, microwave, bar fridge, dishes/cutlery, and table & chairs. It’s a bit removed from the town which is great for relaxing, but to visit town you need to drive. The only drawback is that the shower stall is very small, but that is totally expected for a tiny cottage room like this. We had a front porch and there is a shared fire pit area. The owner is friendly and welcoming, I highly recommend this charming spot."

"If I could give this property higher than 5 stars I would. We enjoyed canoeing, paddle boarding, grilling and having a fire at night. The sunrise from the dock is amazing! The master bedroom was spacious and the bed very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The host was very responsive when we had questions about the area or the property. We felt as if we were staying at a friend’s home. So comfy and enjoyable! We will definitely be back!"

"We stayed at Serenity Cottage for a week. The tiny house is not so tiny and has everything you could possibly need for your stay. Sandy Bill are the ultimate hosts. The location is fantastic for day trips to Halifax, Annapolis Valley, Bay of Fundy and the many small villages along the Southern Shores of Nova Scotia. This vacation does deserve its exceptional rating. Thank you Sandy and Bill!"

"This spot was so special! It was right in the busy stretch of restaurants, lounges and shopping so everything is within walking distance. Our room windows overlooked the wharf where the bluenose is docked. In the morning we got to see it pull away from our room. It sits above the cutest deli that has delicious food. "

"If you like going off the beaten path and taking the road less travelled…then this is absolutely the sanctuary you are looking for! A private cove with no neighbours to speak of this place is perfect to escape the frenetic pace of the world. It is perfectly situated to easily get to places like Halifax, Peggy’s cove, Lunenburg and mahone Bay. The house is well cared for and very clean, the kitchen is decently outfitted. The host met us promptly and gave us all kinds of tips for the area and showed us around. He was quick to answer text questions and super helpful. Thanks for a wonderful place to stay!"
