"Hot water in shower fluctuated between hot and cooler water during the entire shower. Heat in room also did not work very well and the fan on the heater was very loud - sounded like it was struggling to even work. Ultimately the room temperature was inconsistent and not very comfortable. The size of the room was very nice though with a kitchen. "
