"A good restful stay. Really good location - walk down hill and get a taxi back up. Parking a slight issue but not a deal breaker. Rooms need updating but it is a standard seaside hotel. Best part of this hotel is the views - they are top notch. "

"The property is fine and the facilities are good. The parking seems safe and is convenient, but the spaces marked for the Holiday Inn were very full. The spaces marked for Miller and Carter were available but it was not clear if it was ok to park there. The staff were friendly, professional and helpful. "Breakfast was as good if not better than many of the top hotels. The lighting in the room (121) was too dim. The bathroom did not have enough flat surfaces to hold all the toiletries. Staff were excellent and very attentive. I would use the hotel again and would recommend it highly."

"Rating based entirely on the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff and the fantastic spa facilities. There was work going on while we were there which was a minor inconvenience but the room we stayed in was the real let down. Dated and uncared for. The bathroom was poorly finished and the shower was not the cleanest. The flooring was lifting and squishy in places and the room itself smelt of damp. "After finally finding the entrance(lane behind the wall) welcome was warm and friendly. Room was very clean and comfortable.hotel overall was clean. Garden overlooking seafront was nice and relaxing. Overall quietist hotel I stayed in all week."

"Reception staff were excellent helpfull and very accomodating . The bar staff were very helpfull specially the barman calked jack he was so freindly and was so helpfull,. We had lovely three nights and enjoy our stay the only thing i thought need improvement us the poole showers did not have soap tp get the chlorile off your skin ,appart from this little things we had a lovely stay and we will be using the hotel again when we visit Weymouth again "

"Had a really lovely stay. Slight mix up at reception when someone was already in our room but quickly resolved by reception and provided with a free drink. Room and hotel really lovely atmosphere and decoration. We had a dinner package which was great value. "
