"Good for family (2 adults, 4 kids). Good location, 30 minute walk or 10-15 minute bus ride to the city centre. Clean apartment, some initial struggle with the front door key ‘technique’ but the video was helpful, could’ve done with a few more kitchen utensils / oven trays for self catering. Overall good, would stay again. "

"We really enjoyed the cottage and lovely countryside. Cottage is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Only about 20 minutes from Edinburgh. The town of Linlithgow was very quaint with small shops, eateries and beautiful flowers everywhere. Highly recommend staying at the Linlithgow Holiday Cottages!!"

"When we arrived the check in process was very easy. The cottage itself was very clean and warm. Bed was comfortable and two bathrooms which is great of you stay with a whole family. If you want to use the hot tub make sure to tell the owners immediately once you book. I told them a week before arriving and had had to ask twice to be able to use it. We could see in the guest book other people had been greeted with welcome basket. We didn’t. Would also been great if there were a welcome letter...

Only issue was high back chair that was damaged with no note to say it had been noticed and or reported, we emailed Cottages.com but no reply ! "The rooms all have large beautiful windows and we appreciated all the day light. It is a relatively quiet neighborhood with many shops and dining options. The apartment had a well stocked kitchen and there is a food market right next to the building which was so convenient. We were in the apartment for 9 days during the Fringe which was wonderful. "

"Ideal location with charming village area nearby. Easy walk to local pub and to the water. Flat was spacious and well equipped; but could have used a bit more maintenance and some air freshener (near the sea, so a bit of a damp, musty smell). It was a bit farther from central Edinburg (~40 min) than I had expected; but the quaint village feel of the area was well worth the few extra minutes drive. All in all a nice place to support local sight seeing and day trips."

"Amazing property - we stayed at the One Bed apartment with bed alcove - the property was very stylish and modern and tasteful decor, very spacious apartment with high end spec. Lobby, bar and restaurant areas were beautiful. High quality service from the staff from the front of the house, restaurant and bar. Location is superb and right in the centre of the old town so easily walkable to all main attractions so would definitely recommend this hotel."
