"We enjoyed our stay here and was pleasantly surprised with how accommodating our host was. We were nervous after reading some reviews complaining about how the host was unhelpful or the property was lacking but our accommodation had everything we needed and was nice and warm. The host explained the bus schedule to us when we arrived and it was very easy to access Happo One within 10-15 minutes on the shuttle. We shipped our skis to the hotel and while he didn't communicate well with us ahead of time, he held our skis and even helped us ship our skis to our next location easily. The only thing I would warn others is that there are limited restaurant options nearby (although there are a few within a 10-15 min walk) so plan accordingly or make a booking ahead of time that includes dinner at the property.
