Die Wohnung liegt nicht Parterre, sonden befindet sich im Sousterrain zu dem man 13 Stufen hinauf bzw hinunter steigen muss. 2.) Die Küche ist nur eine Kochnische 3.) Die Wohnung liegt sehr nahe an der Autobahn, die Tag und Nacht eine sehr heftige Geräuschkulisse darstellt. 4.)
