"The design of the restroom is absolutely terrible. There is no door, small toilet compartment with a non-locking glass door, and glass between the shower and beds. There is no privacy, no noise isolation, and the designer should never design anything again. Only book this if you're traveling alone. "

"This is not at all your normal hotel near a European train station, it’s much, much better! This is an excellent hotel, directly across the street from the train station. The staff are very good and the rooms are wonderful."

"The hotel was nice and clean, the staff were professional and friendly. It was right next to the stadium/arena which is excellent if you are going to a concert etc. The breakfast buffet was very good and there was something for everyone there. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. It would have been nice to have had a bottle of water in the room. It is a bit out of town but for a stay because of a concert, very well located. We had a nice stay. "

As my cell phone's charge was near 0 and I had forgotten my U.S. adapter, I went down to the front desk to inquire about an adapter. I was informed that there was a charger in the room, on the desk.
