"Very modern, very clean and only 300m away from the center of Karlsruhe-Mühlburg, with a few restaurants and bars / cafés and a good bakery at nearby Kaiserallee. The accomodation was also very quite. Only one small issue existed: The TV cable-receiver box was apparently left in disorder and did not work at first. But I could fix it, so that TV was working as well."

"We were disappointed with the property. Two rooms and up to seven guests does a lot of heavy lifting in the description. Our kids bedroom was also the shared dining room and lounge. There is also air conditioning but only in one room. It is not available in the bedroom. A washing machine is available but you have to pay extra for this which felt cheep and penny grabbing. I found the correspondence with the owner difficult and received a curt reply when seeking to clarify entry...

"The apartment was roomy, comfortable, modern and supplied with ample kitchen utensils. Good location. Parking limited. No concierge; non-contact registering leaves you without anyone to offer immediate assistance. Malfunctioning RFID (electronic) keypad locked us out of our apartment on our last night and left us sleeping on the hallway floor with no bathroom facilities available; calls to SEEGER emergency assistance proved useless. Expedia was of no help. Wouldn't risk a repeat."

"Die Wohnung im Dachgeschoss eines Mehrfamilienhauses ist sehr geräumig. Das Schlafzimmer ist groß, die Betten sind wirklich Spitze!! Verdunklung nur per Rollo, und die funktionieren nicht mehr richtig. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, und sogar noch Einiges mehr. Kleiner Tisch zum Essen. "This studio apartment was located in walking distance to my destination at the university and was clean and spacious. On the negative side the apartment felt bare and uninviting in the style of a student residence, and had some functional issues, e.g. broken light bulb, dripping bathroom taps, low quality bed. A significant issue was construction noise from a major subway tunnel construction site in front of the building operating from 7am. I would advise anyone to check whether the project...

"We are from Canada and our stay was very nice. The rooms are very large as is the bathroom and the Kitchen is a separate area. Everything was nice and clean. There is lots of closet space if need be. The Hosts greeted us upon our arrival and she was very pleasant. The area is residential and very quiet....the country side is beautiful. There are shops and a nice bakery that is only a 5 min walk away. Baden Baden town in the black forest is not too far a drive and a nice place to visit and walk...

"Wir hatten ein paar wundervolle Tage in Baden-Baden. Man kann von der Wohung aus loswandern und auch ein Bäcker ist am Morgen in Reichweite. Selbst ein Parkplatz in Reichweite hat sich immer gefunden. Die Gegend selbst ist wunderschön. Hier kann man Urlaub genießen!"

"Hazienda was super nice place for our family vacation during Christmas break. We truly enjoyed our stay and made us fill at home. Kitchen was adequate for our light cooking during holiday and we really liked walkable neighborhood this apartment was situated on. Heated floor helped us when dealing with unexpected wet weather during our winter break. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Baden-Baden."

"Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und praktikabel ausgestattet. Im Gesamten haben wir die Wohnung sehr sauber übergeben bekommen. Der Check in hat sich problemlos gestaltet. In dem Bett kann man gut schlafen. Die Größe der Wohnung ist gut gewählt. Das einzige was ich bemängeln würde ist die Nespresso Kaffeemaschine, da wir ausgesprochene Filterkaffee-Trinker sind. "

"Empfang freundlich, hilfsbereit. Wohnung war sehr einfach, uns fehlte die Küche um uns wirklich wohlzufühlen. Warmes Wasser hatten wir nur in der Dusche, zum Abwaschen Wasser im Kocher erwärmt. Lage der Wohnung ist sehr schön aber für uns nicht geeignet weil etwas eingeschränkt im Laufen. Sehr viele Treppen zur Ferienwohnung bzw eine steile Straße hoch. Parkmöglichkeit direkt an der steilen Straße. Verkehrsanbindung sehr gut an die Straßenbahn(5 Minuten hin, 10 zurück s.o.)"
