"Room was nice, big and clean. Comfortable beds and modern bathroom. The bar downstair was terrible, took more then 15 minutes to order even if we were the only ones. Breakfast was good but with empty plates so you had to be fast when new plates csme in"

"We were so disappointed with this hotel. It is NOT near Aalen. It needs so much work. It looks like it might have been busy at some point but it feels like a ghost hotel. Our room had one small comforter. No towels. No glasses. 2 pillows. A refrigerator that did not work. The washer dryer area for the hotel is dirty and pathetic. The reception area had trash that was not picked up for two days and no Receptionist. There was quite a bit of deferred maintenance on the property. It...

"Immaculate conditions, the hotel and room was exceptionally clean. The facilities were incredible, very advanced technology I was able to operate the doors through my phone. The check in and check out was also done by phone. Lots of amenities for food and drinks in the lobby even when we checked in late. Would happily stay there again. "
