"We arrived in Hallstatt around 3pm and found a parking spot in P1. It takes about 5-10 minutes to walk to the VRBO. There is a shuttle available, but I cannot comment on that. The key was in a lock box beside the VRBO, on the Seeside Café wall. You have to climb stairs to get to your room. Upon walking in, the lake view immediately draws you in! It is breathtaking! "Pretty much everything about this property was perfect. We wanted to stay somewhere outside of Salzburg for the Christmas markets, and to also see markets in some of the lake towns. We really loved it. It is a little far from Salzburg, though. It is a beautiful area of Austria and the cabin was the perfect size and comfort for our stay."

"We stayed at Haus Lehner im Wald for a nearby family wedding. The property was very well looked after and clean with everything we needed. A beautiful setting and a perfect base for exploring the local area and lakes. There are shops and supermarkets within a 10 minute drive. Our first summer evening was spent eating in the courtyard sampling the local food, cider and schnapps. Very peaceful and away from it all."
