"We just finished a three night stay at Lofoten Base Camp. I cannot speak more highly of this place. It was clean, comfortable and a superb location for our photography trip. All the major photographic sights were within a half hour’s drive except south Lofoten which was about an hour away. They are in the process of building an onsite restaurant which will certainly add another convenient aspect to this property. The owner is charming and very friendly. I highly recommend this place to anyone...

"I absolutely loved my stay here! The location is fantastic, offering stunning views of Henningsvær, and the staff were amazing—friendly and super helpful. My only small issue was that my room was on the second floor, which made it a bit tricky to carry bags up the stairs. This tiny surfing village in Norway has a population of 15. Surfers flock from all over the world to surf in this perfect wave condition. It is cold but the hardy do not seem to mind. On this particular evening the sky erupted in #green. I braved the frigid water as it reflected back onto the beach. The tide was rising rapidly but I was mesmerized by the #green lights of the sky dancing over my head. I could see the Milky Way, it was a wonderful discovery. If you happen to be in Northern Norway, it is worth a visit. #greenphotos
