"The location was great, the windows of the room was not adequate. Only one of 3 windows could be open and when you open thw window /thwre was no acxess to walk from the bed. The AC was none existance and on 49F temp evening the room was 73F inside! They switch us to another room at 11pm, but temp was probably 70f blowing hot air . Their Wify was Very Slow!"

"Quiet, comfortable apartment conveniently located. Access to all the sites in Basel are easily accessable, either on foot or using the trams stops just steps away. The apartment was spacious and included all the necessary amenities. We particularly appreciated the in-suite laundry after being on the road for some time. Check-in was easy and the staff were very nice and extremely helpful. As eating out in Basel can quickly add up in cost, the kitchen and nearby grocery store were convenient....

"Great location - very easy to either walk or take a tram. The apartment was clean and in good nick. Kitchen had enough equipment and was clean. Although the websit said they would clean only once a week, the cleaners came everyday with new towels and tidyed up. The apartment we had faced the main road and as it was HOT, we were exposed to the noise of the street when the windows were open. Definitely a good place. "

"The property has a great location. Except no reception desk. Was not communicated to us that we needed to get keys from another location. Took more than 2 hours to be able to enter the apartment, standing in cold a rain. The kitchen modern but not really set up for cooking. 1 pot 1 Pan 2 forks 2 knives 3 spoons plates made for bread plate 2 , 2 small bowls,it is advertised for 2 persons, but amenities for only 2 comes short. Television positioned in a location to visualize. Service is provided...

"This is a wonderful place. Our room was clean, modern, and spacious. We realized this was an electronic check-in after we arrived. Perhaps we should have read the memo. Traveling from France, our sim card did not work. Thankfully, another group of people were checking in and if it wasn't for their patience and unselfish help, we might have never made it in. Once in, we loved. it. This place is in the heart of the city. Perhaps a couple of extra coffee pods with better instructions would have...
