They are not rude but use the excuse that they are ‘new’ so that their staff may make mistakes. After cleaning the room, I noticed the 2nd room key was missing. I had left it in the wall on purpose. When I asked them to bring it back, the employee used the key to open the door without knocking first! Not thinking twice if there were anyone...

"The stay was lovely. Nice and welcoming staff. My room was nice and cozy, with a big window overlooking a shopping promenade, where there are at least two convenience stores open 24/7. Basic amenities provided. Although there were no free bottles of water in the room, there's a hot and cold water machine in the nearby staircase.
