This is what I would consider a mid-tier hotel comparable to Holiday Inn Express or Fairfield Inn & Suites and I felt the value was a little better than most other comparable hotels I've stayed at in the past several years. Very friendly, helpful, and professional staff. Good hot breakfast options as well as the usual cold cereals and bakery goods. The only negative was the instant oatmeal--the fruit flavored options were inedible and there was no maple and brown sugar option that seems to be standard elsewhere."

"My husband and I traveled to Joseph with our dog. The house had everything we needed. The yard was perfect for our dog and the neighborhood was fun to explore. The kitchen was very well stocked and the living room was very comfortable. The gas stove warmed the place completely. The bedroom was great with lots of storage for our things. We can’t wait to return in the summer and enjoy the deck. "
