"Die Unterkunft ist neu und modern eingerichtet. Die Apartments sind für 4 Personen doch relativ klein. Das Frühstück ist einfach, also nichts besonderes, man wird aber satt. Was uns aber nicht gefallen hat, war die Zimmerreinigung während unseres Aufenthaltes, da es diese nicht gab. Alles in allem war es aber ein schöner Urlaub."

"Edyta und ihr Mann sind wundervolle Gastgeber. Sie sprechen hervorragend Deutsch, die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und heimelig. Der Aufenthalt in der Arka 1 mit dem Panoramafenster zum Sonnenaufgang war einfach nur der Hammer. Klein aber fein - für 2 Erwachsene mit zwei Hunden genau die richtige Größe - auf Wunsch immer frische Handtücher und auch in der Mitte des Aufenthaltes wurde die Bettwäsche gewechselt. "Po przyjeździe małe zaskoczenie - hotel nie miał naszej rezerwacji, na szczęście był wolny pokój, a rano mieliśmy potwierdzić warunki w recepcji. Niezbyt komfortowa sytuacja. Pokój czysty, w świetnym stanie, ładny widok na jezioro Jamno. Śniadania smaczne, obfite, kilka potraw na ciepło i dobra kawa. Sauna i basen dostępne bez ograniczeń.
