"It was not even close to why we expected . The rooms were very basic and not well maintained . The facilities were sub par and the staff ( with very few exceptions ) were not at all interested in assisting or being friendly . We received limited information about what to do and what the facilities were . I rarely write bad reviews but we ended up leaving half way through our stay and they were not even interested as to why . We forfeited two night ( and we had two rooms ) it was so bad . "

"The place is spotlessly clean, and there is access to a tidal pool and a regular pool, it has some absolutely gorgeous en-suite rooms. Nice thing about the place was that every room had its own fridge. This was advertised to me as having a backpackers area and that is what I was looking for just to make some holiday friends from the states N Europe N hang out, there is a nice BBQ area but the place is just dead and I got weird vibe, what I wanted was an affordable stay N to hang out with some new friends , so I booked aircon N WiFi, for the first week my aircon was traded for a seaview, I had to insist to get the room I booked, we were cautioned to conserve water because it was said the place was on a cistern,water was switched off at night, when the municipal water supply went out so did the water in the lodge so the owner was fibbing, then the shower had the weirdest hookup, it had a power line running to it that heated the cold water selection so all one could get was warm and hotter, I was scared by the electric running straight into the shower head so didn’t shower much, then you should take this place as having no WiFi in the rooms, I brought a premium router so I was able to connect but never from my phones or laptop, I use Apple so my devices were certainly not the problem, I had expected the fridge to be shared and to have access to a kitchen but this is not what was listed, it just struck me as weird but it was fair it did mean there was no place to wash dishes, "

"The accommodation is a good and air freshening environment. However, the request of cleaning services did not cater for changing of linen and washing of towels daily."

"We had an amazing 3 night stay. The apartment was comfortable. Suitability for kids. Enough entertainment to keep them occupied. Seaview was amazing especially inbthe mornings."

"The location and setting was perfect, very tranquil and peaceful. Enjoyed the walk around the picturesque golf course. Just what we wanted for the 4 night long weekend. Hotel, restaurant and golf club staff were very accommodating, polite, keen and very patient. However the Spa service was poor, no communication as to the treatment requirements or during the actual treatment, probably the worst massage I have had. The time period for the treatment was supposed to be 50 minutes but the masseuse left quietly after 35 minutes. Wouldn't recommend the Spa if visiting this hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable but does require some maintenance throughout. The hotel breakfast was spot on, but did have an issue with overcooked food for dinner, on the one night that we ate in the hotel restaurant, this was reported it to the head chef who assured us that the issue would be be investigated and rectified. The meals we had at the golf club house were found to be decent with no problems. Really enjoyed the facility and hotel ambience. "
