"Good, but I didn't like Room No. because Asians have numbers they prefer, but the hoel just had Room numbers that I didn't like. Besides that interior design, view, and cleanness of this hotel is fantastic."

"The property was quite old and run down but the staff was very friendly and helpful. Also the resin I gave it 4 stars instead of 3 stars is that the price is not bad, and I believe most hotels in the area are similar. The onsen is good but also other hotels have them as well. I guess this is one of the most famous ones. "

The room layout I had was rather weird but the amenities far exceeded anything you’ll find at a US style hotel, depending of course on what’s important to you. The room had a clothes styler which was great for prepping the next day’s outfit. A full body massage chair, which I’d use before my shower at night at bedtime. "This hotel is more for a convention purpose. Not family friendly if you are traveling with kids. Also during the winter all the hotel rooms share the same room temperature which for my family was a bit too hot and stuffy. Found weird that we were not able to turn on the AC. "Compared to other places we stayed in in Seoul, it was so spacious. Great breakfast included. The one day the buffet was closed the hotel provided delicious sandwiches instead from the coffee shop on the main floor. We were able to relax and enjoy our stay."
