The red house is 80m² and can accommodate 5 people. The house is equipped with 2 bedrooms each with a double bed (160x200 or 180x200, both with separate mattresses), a modern bathroom, a spacious kitchen with dishwasher, oven and stove, a living room with complete glass front and stove, veranda and terrace. For the fifth person a folding bed (90x200) is set up in the living area.

Both houses are surrounded by a large plot of over 5000 m² with private playground for children. Here families have space to play football, to dry canopies to bring fishing boats or additional caravans. Those who love nature and tranquility, come here to its cost. Anglers, surfers, kiters, kayakers and cyclists will find ideal conditions on Ummanz. As a parent, you can relax because your children can walk freely or engage in self-employment at the nearby horse farm or surf camp. Our two houses are each 80m² and 82m² and can accommodate 5 or 6 people. The houses are bright and comfortably furnished. The furniture is functional and well maintained. The floors are tiled throughout.
