"The apartment was clean but the actual beds were disgusting . They were like sleeping on a plank of wood . If one cannot sleep then the you have a terribble night . Paying good money to sleep on a hard piece of wood . This hotel needs to invest in comfortablw beds otherwise they should close down "

"Very noisy throughout our stay. Doors banging , furniture moving around in units above , people speaking loudly made it difficult to fall asleep , running up and down the stairs. Unit was clean and spacious but the bed linen needs to be replaced..very old. Hats off to the staff member who checked our unit on departure...I left behind a few pieces of jewelry and she was honest enough to hand it over to me. Scenery excellent. "

"The unit was fine. Nothing exceptional. It was clean, but the kitchen counters are badly stained. The bathroom is very small, no bath, the shower leaks, and the toilet needs replacing. Enough cupboard space in the bedrooms which was refreshing. The view is good, but you do look over the lifeguard's "container", which is not fantastic. Overall, you get what you pay for. "

"The place was amazing , the beach was right in front the view was amazing, only thing that is not in booking site is that cleaning service and changing of towels is only every 4th day, very good if u book for 2 days but not for a week, i booked 29c moykonos before and spoke about the cleaning issue they didn't like my complain and cancelled my booking without bringing in my knowledge late at night and i was suppose to travel the very next morning i book this resort and unfortunately same company...

"I have hot flashes so it was important to have central air. It was not clear from the listing that there was no central air just a tiny unit in one bedroom that did little to cool the apartment. The agent was rude and very unhelpful- My son and I left the property after just 2 days- We had paid for a full 5 day stay, but she refused to reimburse any part of the money paid. Very poor customer service skills."

"Our stay was okay however a few experiences we encountered was disappointing. Some of the equipment was old, coffee machine was broken and could not be used. There were no toiletries in the bathrooms, limited towels to use for 6 people. We were equipped to braai but was not able to as the gas braai was not working. We were very disappointed with this as we specifically enquired about this before checking in. There was no WiFi available and lack of communication on the welcome pack regarding WiFi...
