"This property is adjacent to the University of Guam and is located near center of the island to give easy access to most everything. The accommodations were clean serviceable and adequately furnished and stocked. There was some nightly noise in the neighborhood, but then it was over the near year. Overall, a very pleasant stay."

"Home was very nice and quiet. The only complaint is the lack of necessities in the house. No extra toilet paper or even trash bags had to buy these items. Also no baking pans for oven. This is what keeped property from 5 stars. Over all place was nice and close to everything. I would stay their again"
