"Our stay here was lovely; the staff at reception were extremely welcoming, informative and friendly. There was lots of activities to do such as use of the spa, fitness classes, swimming pool and great gym. I only made use of the gym but on both occasions the staff were just fab, really nice. We didn't make use of the restaurant as we had already made arrangements elsewhere yet we absolutely would have done. The menu looked good and prices reasonable. The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in and the shower was really good to. We were very comfortable. Parking was secure and the location to walk into Bournemouth town was great. We would definitely return and recommend to others for a sporty stay or absolute relax."

"Lovely stay in Dorset Suite with 4 poster bed. Big and comfortable, but floor dips and is very creaky. The bathroom had a jacuzzi bath which was great but bathroom a bit worn. Breakfast great and hotel receptionist was lovely. Just be aware that music may go on until 4am. "

"Holiday Inn Express was a perfect place to spend a night in Poole so we could meet up with friends. The hotel and our room were very clean, and the staff were friendly. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Would definitely recommend staying here. "
