"Convenient location. Big room with cute decor. The hotel needs TLC. Our room was okay, but one of the hallways has stucco/paint pealing/cracking and hanging down from the ceiling. The room was also pretty warm so would only stay here when the weather outside isn’t warm. (We were here in May) Huge and wonderful breakfast, helpful staff and they would come around to everyone to make sure they were done with breakfast before taking the buffet down. "

"Very friendly and efficient staff, franchised Bishop's Arms pub attached is a really nice touch and quite authentic. The food is very good and not overpriced. Coffee is available 24/7, which is important in a country where everything costs more that its weight in gold and "open late" means closing at 9 pm. It's a family-run business, so there's no on-site staff after 1 pm or so, but since you don't really need them, that's fine."

The house was completely run down and the paint was crumbling off the walls, which is very reminiscent of a haunted mansion. It was very dirty everywhere and the bathroom and shower was full of rust.
