12 Fountain House is ideally located in the centre of the bustling market town of Ulverston. It is a luxurious getaway for couples looking to enjoy the local surroundings and beautiful scenery.

Opening the front door you step into the spacious, open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped contemporary kitchen.

The first floor has a beautiful, large double bedroom with TV and the second floor boasts a beautiful bathroom with a large free-standing bath and waterfall shower.

Guest access
Guests have access to all rooms. There is a washing machine and dryer available in the shared back utility area of the house - please message the owner if you wish to use them.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys we require guest verification, which is provided by Superhog. Upon confirming your booking, Superhog will reach out to the lead booker through a secure link, providing detailed instructions for verification.

The online verification process requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
