"Hotels.com üzerinden rezervasyon sonrası oteli arayarak teğit etmediğimize pişman olduk. Haberlere çıkan talihsiz tailciler gibi otele gittiğimizde odaların dolu olduğunu öğrendik. Sistemde oda kapanmadığı için odayı başka 3-4 çift daha satın almış ama kapıdan dönmüşler. Hotels.com dan birileriyle 4-5 saat süren bir telefon trafiği ile yer aramaya çalışıldı. Karşınızda bir muhatap var ama adamlar amerikada ve sürekli olarak tercüman aracılığıyla konuşmak zorundasınız. Yardımcı olmaya...

"There was a bit of confusion when I first arrived because the name of the booking was Kumsal Apartments but the actual name of the building was Ada Apartments. Other than that, I had a wonderful stay. I had a gorgeous view of the harbour and I loved sitting at the table looking at the view. The bed was really comfortable and the area was quiet so I slept really well. The property is so close to everything. There are several restaurants to choose from and there are supermarkets only a few minutes...
