"This property has a good location very close to the beach in Kihei. The landscaping, pool area and pickleball court are all very nice. It's very well maintained. Parking is adequate. The unit we were in could use a little updating, but was comfortable and pretty well equipped. We would stay there again"

"Easy entry and ground floor unit was convenient. Parking spot was also very close. Beach is an easy walk across the street! The beach chairs, umbrellas, toys and towels were such a bonus!! Condo had everything we needed except bbq utensils. The pans and some dishes could use an update. One complaint we had is the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. We were grateful the unit had air mattresses to use instead. Also, the shower floor has mildew around the edges and corners. "

"My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay at Jennifer’s property. This studio is the perfect space for a couple traveling together. The location is very ideal—close to beaches, parks, and lots of food options. Having South Maui Gardens next door was a huge plus! Jennifer provided beach gear such as chairs, towels, an umbrella, and even sunscreen, which was very helpful and considerate. She even dropped by to give us some delicious coffee for our stay! The one thing we didn’t particularly like...

"My husband and I stayed 9 nights, and it was wonderful. The California king bed was super comfy, and we loved watching the sunset from the lanai. The proximity to the beach and pool were ideal. There are many restaurants within walking distance. The beach chairs, towels, tennis rackets and balls (thanks Barb!) and other beach items were greatly appreciated. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks so much Barb, for creating a "home away from home" for those of us who love Hawaii. "

"The room was great! My only issue was with the pool and tennis court. They are not easily accessible. My room was at the back of the property, but the only entrances to those areas were at the front of the property, with no signage to point the way. Other than that, great location, right near the beach! I look forward to returning."
