"The home is located in near the town center, and is very close to public transportation, and a 10-15 min. walk from the train station. The home was comfortable, and cosey. Miss Anne Marie was a wonderful host and was so gracious to us. Miss Anne Marie lives in the first floor, and the apartments she rents out are on the second and third floors. There is no elevator, so I wouldn't say that it is wheelchair accessible. We wanted an authentic German residential stay, and that is what we enjoyed....

"Ein wunderschöner kleiner fast magischer Ort ist Herrstein. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr liebevoll eingerichtet es gab alles was man so braucht und noch mehr ;). Die Kinder haben ihr Zimmer und die tollen Spielsachen sehr geschätzt. Allem in allem eine sehr empfehlenswerte Ferienwohnung mit toller Gastgeberin."

"A clean and roomy house, ideally set for what we needed. Nice walks in the area and shops are 5 minutes on foot. Stephen is a pleasant man, not intrusive or over bearing. He just made himself known to us. I will look to book again in the future."

"A lovely, well-equipped house in a stunning location with its own fabulous garden. Brilliant for our family group of 10. Lots to do locally. The gem museum, gem mine, Celtic settlement were great trips and the open-air swimming pool in Rhaunen was much enjoyed. We visited Herrstein twice! Klaus and Anna were really helpful hosts. Highly recommended."
