Beautiful holdiday home in Ulmen near the lake

This 2-bedroom apartment in the lively town of Ulmen rests in a quiet setting. You can relax outdoors on the terrace and in the garden. The stay is ideal for a family or group of 4 persons.

Ulmen lies in the Southern Eifel between Koblenz and Trier. Both towns can be reached by car and are well worth a visit. You can go for walks and bike rides in the surrounding woods. Less than 1 km away is the town center of Ulmen with supermarkets and restaurants. There are two lakes in the proximity, where you can go swimming and enjoy water sports. The cozy and extremely picturesque Mosel town of Cochem is just a half-hour drive away.

In the kitchen, there is an oven to bake cakes and pizzas whenever you wish to. Children can play on the game computer in the living room while parents enjoy conversations. A children's bed and a high chair are present. Up to 2 pets are allowed for an additional fee. Parking is available.

Tolle Wohnung
Wunderschöne, gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit allem was man braucht. Die Lage ist für Ausflüge in die Eifel und an die Mosel perfekt und auch in Ulmen kann man schöne Wanderungen machen.

Près de la forêt
L'appartement est lumineux avec des chambres confortables et une cuisine bien équipée. L'endroit est calme à proximité d'une grande forêt, c'est idéal pour se balader avec son chien et faire son jogging. Un petit centre ville avec son glacier italien et sa fontaine bordé par un très beau lac et des ruines romantiques d'un chateau. Les amateurs de géologie appriécieront cette terre volcanique et se qui aiment boire des coups ...les rives de la Moselle où le vin est bon.

The home owners where super sweet and our stay was lovely. Everything you could need for a holliday was there. A dishwasher, coffee maker, big closet, games (in German :p), Wi, playstation, books and a great surrounding. We went with our dog and the walks where beautifull. Overall our experience was great, even with the rain all weekend.

Mooie vakantiewoning op leuke plek
Het huis is zeer compleet ingericht. Prima welkom door eigenaar. Vanaf de woning een wandeling van plm 15 min naar centrum met leuk pleintje. Supermarkten zijn iets verder. Mooie omgeving. Aanrader!

Ferienwohnung für Groß und Klein
Wir haben mit unseren beiden Kindern (2J & 5M) eine Woche in dieser gemütlichen und gut ausgestatteten Wohnung verbracht. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und es gibt auch nix zu meckern. Unsere Gastgeber Guido und Claudia sind sehr nett und es gab sogar (kinder-)freundliche und sehr gut erzogene Hunde. Auch ein kleiner Lackkratzer am Auto durch Steinbewurf des kleinen Kobolds wurde uns ohne Aufhebens verziehen. Die direkte Umgebung bietet viele Möglichkeiten für kurze Ausflüge, z.B. Burgruine, Maare, Wald, Bienenlehrpfad, Marktplatz zum Eis essen... Wir waren noch einen Tag im Wildtier- und Freizeitpark Klotten. Auch schön für Groß und Klein. Alles in allem eine tolle Zeit. Danke.

Eine sehr gut eingerichtet Wohnung, der es an nichts gefehlt hat und diese ist zudem noch in einer perfekter Lage, direkt am Wanderweg, speziell für unseren Hund ideal. Der Empfang wahr sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, und es gab viele nützliche Tipps, super nette Gastgeber. Wir werden gerne den nächsten Aufenthalt wieder hier verbringen. Lediglich im Bad würde ich eine Dusche der Badewanne bevorzugen. Wir bedanken uns recht herzlich für die tollen Tage. Liebe Grüße Aus dem Saarland

Bei heißen Temperaturen eine kühle Wohnung
Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten und man hat gut Platz für 4 Personen. Es war schön kühl, da es sich um eine Einliegerwohnung handelt. Das Badezimmer hat leider nur eine Badewanne, das könnte für ältere und/oder behinderte Menschen schwierig werden. Für Tierhaar-Allergiker ist diese Wohnung nicht geeignet, da Tiere in der Wohnung erlaubt sind. Auch ist rauchen erlaubt. Dementsprechend war keine so gute Luft in der Wohnung. Ansonsten war alles tip-top.

Absolut saubere Wohnung, unmittelbar am Haus die ersten Wanderwege. Sehr symphatische Vermieter, die wenn man sie braucht ansprechbar sind und sich ansonsten keineswegs aufdrängen. In der Unterkunft hat man Anschluss an eine Katze und zwei Hunde der Vermieter. Diese beiden absolut freundlichen, perfekt erzogenen Tiere, sind in der Lage Menschen die Angst vor Hunden haben, zu Hundefreunden zu machen. In Summe...ein toller Urlaub und ollten wir wieder in die Eifel fahren, wissen wir wohin.

We zijn verliefd geworden op het kleine, maar prachtige dorpje Ulmen. De ontvangst en de woning waren tiptop in orde. Voor de prijs die we betaalden, waren we aangenaam verrast van de grootte van de woning en alle accommodaties. De eigenaars zijn zeer vriendelijk. We wisten dat huisdieren welkom waren (ook al hebben we er zelf geen) maar we wisten niet dat er steeds honden (en een kat) vrij rondliepen. Dit kan voor sommigen extra leuk zijn, maar voor anderen een belemmering (angst, allergie,...)

Wij hebben hier een heerlijke vakantie gehad met 2 jonge kinderen. Ontvangst was zeer goed , erg vriendelijke mensen. Het appartement voldoet aan alles wat je nodig hebt. Heel ruim en heerlijk schoon. Op warme dagen erg koel. Hele mooie omgeving en het appartement ligt vrijwel direct aan het bos. Veder is de ligging prima , tussen Trier ( 50 min rijden ) en Koblenz ( 45 min rijden ) in. Veder heb je nog veel te doen voor de kinderen in de omgeving. Veel avonturenparken en speeltuinen en een leuk safaripark. Al met al een heerlijk appartement met vriendelijke eigenaren!

Alles da was man braucht - gerne wieder
Die Vermieter sind super nett und wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Die Lage ist hervorragend, um Ausflüge und machen. Man ist schnell in Cochem, Nürburg, Klotten oder Daun. Für einen Urlaub mit Kindern optimal. Im Ort kann man sich gut verpflegen, einkaufen gehen und es gibt mehrere Bäcker (diese sind leider nur mit dem Auto zu erreichen). Alles in allem top
