"A great little b&b and within walking distance of the Warwick Arts Centre. We had a lovely warm welcome from David & Ronnie. There was some noise from the neighbouring room. Might be worth adding some soundproofing between rooms 2 & 4 to help minimise this. Breakfast bags were brought to the room at the requested time and were thoroughly enjoyed.
