"The old farmhouse looks charming on the outside, with lovely buildings, surrounded by orange groves, and a lovely layout. Perched just on the edge of the village, it is a 10 minute walk to a lovely bread patisserie shop. Inside, you have a completely modernised home - the rooms are beautiful, quiet Aircon throughout, and all are en-suite. "The roomy house was perfect for the 8 people and two dogs in our group, and the indoor terrace was a very pleasant surprise. Everything was clean and convenient. The house is located within walking distance of the castle, old town and the center of Peniscola. The paddle court was a huge bonus and very appreciated by everyone in our group. The hosts were very helpful and addressed any issues quickly. We highly recommend staying here!"

"Miquel est très sympathique et réactif. La maison est typique, située dans un petit village, agréable pour une semaine (équipements extérieurs au top, piscine, vue sur les montagnes, grands espaces). Cependant le ménage étant à la charge des locataires precedents, l'hygiène n'était pas au rendez vous, nous avons fait le ménage à notre arrivée. Il faut également savoir que l eau n'est pas potable, ce qui n'est pas précisé dans l annonce. Le gros point noir de notre séjour, le chenil présent...

"Loué pour 10 personnes (6 adultes et 4 enfants) , Vaisselle et ustensiles de cuisine insuffisants pour les 10 personnes. Jardin non entretenu, très broussailleux; pas de table pour 10 personnes... La piscine avait une fuite d'eau... Pour l'accès au jardin et à la piscine, obligation de passer par une chambre ou, éventuellement, sortir de la villa et passer par un escalier extérieur. "Our stay at Villa Eulalia was amazing! It was very modern, very clean and perfect for our large group. The view and infinity pool were such beautiful bonuses to have. Our host, Eric, was also really helpful and responsive throughout our stay. Definitely recommend!"

"We loved our stay in this beautiful home. We came to rest after a busy couple of weeks travelling and this was the perfect place to recharge. We were in the pool everyday - it is not heated but it was warm to us Canadians. The kitchen is well stocked with the supplies you need and even came with a welcome gift bottle of delicious wine. The beach was so close we could hear the waves from the house. Walking through the back garden was beautiful as you could smell the orange blossoms on the trees....

"We had a wonderful week in Peñiscola. The villa was just as described, very clean and spacious. The pool was amazing and just what you need on a hot summers day in Spain to cool off! Correspondence with Rhonda was very good- she was always quick to respond to any queries we had and was so friendly and helpful with the whole booking process and throughout our stay. "Leider sind wir am Anreise Tag im Auto überfallen und ausgeraubt worden, was diesen Urlaub schlecht beginnen lies. Nach dem ganzen Drumherum war es dann etwas problematisch den Vermittler zu finden (Strassennummern Adresse im Navi). Dieser war sehr freundlich und dann konnten wir das komfortable Domizil beziehen. Leider ist direkt davor ein Abfallplatz so dass jede Nacht um 00:30 Container abgeholt wird und dort viel Sperrmüll gebracht und wieder von Sammlern umsortiert wird, meist alles Nachts....
