This home will suit a large family or extended group, with plenty of space for all to enjoy. Situated in the popular holiday spot of Narrawallee, close to the beach, it offers an ideal place to create some special memories.
The ground floor entry flows into the rumpus room (with split system aircon) which contains comfortable leather lounges, games, a Smart TV and a playstation, perfect for the kids. To the left is bedroom 3 with a single bunk bed sleeping 2, then walk through to bedroom 4 with a single bed and a Tri bunk, sleeping 4. Next door is the main bedroom, consisting of a King bed, WIR, ceiling fans and ensuite with bath, toilet, shower, single vanity and hair dryer. Past the living area is the laundry with washing machine, dryer, ironing facilities and a separate toilet.
Stairs in the entry foyer take you to the upper level. The open plan lounge/dining area is tastefully decorated, and has a beautiful stone feature wall. Comfortable sofas, a dining suite for 12, a Smart TV, heating and air conditioning all ensure your comfort. This area is overlooked by the fully equipped kitchen that includes a dishwasher, microwave, electric stove and oven, fridge and Delonghi coffee machine. Off the lounge is the front deck where you can relax after a day at the beach. With a gas BBQ, egg chairs and seating for outdoor dining, it is perfect for enjoying balmy summer evening meals.
The main bathroom off the living area provides a shower, toilet and single vanity. On this level there are also 2 nicely appointed Queen bedrooms, one with Ensuite consisting of a shower, single vanity and toilet. All linen is provided.
With WiFi, air conditioning and parking, this home ticks all the boxes.
The property is situated a 400m walk to Narrawallee Beach with its 1.4km long stretch of golden sands offering the perfect respite from the daily grind of life. It’s a great learn-to-surf beach and the south end is patrolled in the summer months. At the north end, the Inlet provides a safe swimming area for children and is ideal for paddle boarding or snorkelling. There is also easy access to the boat ramp and it’s a popular spot for fishing. There are some stunning walks around the inlet and nearby nature reserves.
For eateries and further pursuits, there are plenty just a short drive south to Mollymook. There you will find a supermarket, bottle shop, deli, pharmacy, newsagent and medical centre. There are cafes and takeaways, ranging from fish and ships to pizza. For an evening out you have the Rooftop Bar and Grill and some great restaurants to choose from, including the iconic Rick Steins at Bannisters and the popular Gwylo fusion restaurant. Mollymook Beach and a children's playground is also located here.
A few minutes drive west is Milton, an historic village offering a delightful array of cafes, boutique shops, art galleries and antique shops, well worth a visit.
