"Beautiful modern apartment- gorgeous pools. About a 15 minute walk along the sea front to the main town. "

"Overall the accomodation was ok, nothing amazing but comfy enough, it does need some attention however. The major downside was the 'spa' facilities and the communication from the very rude staff members. The sauna and gym were closed due to Covid-19, this is understandable but there was no mention of this online, and I tried calling beforehand to ask but no one answered. Then the 'hot tub' was in fact freezing cold, and all the staff could say was "That's how it's always been, it's never been...

"Stayed there 2 nights. The place are apartments with kitchen and fully equipped. Good WIFI, great pool, spacious, clean apartments. Location is walking distance to restaurants and the beach. Plenty of parking. They do not provide bath soap, shampoo or towels. They rent towels for €5, but they were nice enough and didn’t charge me. I checked in earlier than expected and they didn’t charge me extra, but I got a third floor unit and no elevators."

"We stayed at this beautiful apartment for the second time for three weeks and were extremely satisfied with the facilities available. The lounge area is large and there is a well equipped kitchen. The bed was very comfortable although the shower in the en-suite bathroom was rather small for anyone larger than average although I understand there may well be plans in hand to address this area. The outside terrace is a huge wrap around area facing a sunny aspect and we spent many happy hours seated...

"We really enjoyed the view and the lication of the studio. The communication with cei group was perfect. When we arrived, we found a dirty blanket but they changed it immediately when we requested it. The place is near by the Harbour and restaurants, the ideal spot for divers to spend a week of diving holidays."

"The property was in a quiet location but had lovely views of the canal & attached swimming pool. The kitchen was well equipped but a kettle would have been useful for making cups of tea. The facilities were good but the balcony got very hot even at breakfast time so a parasol or some sort of shade would have been great."

"Appartement magnifique face à la baie animée de Roses, très bien équipé et très propre. Situé au calme dans une résidence parfaitement entretenue avec petite piscine et promenade sur la corniche aménagée. A 1/4 d'heure de marche du centre ville très agréable ou 5 mn en voiture mais possibilité de laisser la voiture sur la place réservée devant la résidence Excellente communication et facilité d'accès. "I've done a couple handfuls of VRBOs. I'm not sure that there's a property I've stayed at that checked all the boxes as thoroughly as Pedro and Estelle's place. Extremely comfortable, whistle-clean, well-equipped, breathtaking view, easy walking distance to everything you need, including a lovely beach. I couldn't have been more satisfied with the experience. God knows I've been much less satisfied at other properties, and for a lot more money. Fantastic find. Two thumbs up."

The beach and the busy main high street are within walking distance while the apartment is located in a quiet residential area. For us it was the perfect combination of enjoying the lively hustle and bustle of the town while also enjoying a glass of wine in the quiet garden of the apartment."
