This completely renovated holiday home was comprehensively redesigned from A to Z in 2024. With a special focus on details, this house invites you to an unforgettable experience. It is located on an impressive plot of 3624 square meters and offers plenty of activities for the whole family, both indoors and outdoors.
This charming house features a brand new luxurious wilderness hot tub/Jacuzzi with lights and bubbles, accommodating 14-16 people. Additionally, there is a huge, newly built sauna barrel with room for 12-14 people, perfect for relaxation and comfort.
Surrounded by a beautiful garden, this house provides an oasis of tranquility and a variety of recreational opportunities for the whole family. Enjoy the sun from various cozy corners, including two hammocks available for relaxation and rest.
The house is heated with an energy-efficient air/water heat pump and features a ventilation system with heating plates, creating a fantastic indoor climate. A wood pellet stove provides additional warmth and coziness. Guests are asked to bring 6 mm wood pellets. The bathrooms have underfloor heating for extra comfort, and there is a charging station (Type 2) for electric cars with a 7-meter cable available.
This house is an activity house with plenty of entertainment for the whole family, including table football, billiards, table tennis, electronic darts, and outdoor beach volleyball. A large youth room also offers coziness with a PlayStation 4, bean bags, and a 65-inch smart TV with streaming services.
The holiday home, bright and inviting, is practically furnished with an open kitchen and dining area. The living room is equipped with modern furniture and a smart TV with German, Danish, and Nordic channels. The fully automatic wood pellet stove in the house provides coziness and warmth on cool evenings or rainy days.
The kitchen is well-equipped with a large ceramic hob (induction), an extractor hood, two separate ovens (one of which functions as a microwave), a fridge/freezer with ice maker and cold water, a coffee machine, a mixer, and two dishwashers.
This holiday home offers two new and lovingly furnished quality bathrooms:
Bathroom 1: Two showers, bathtub, toilet, and underfloor heating.
Bathroom 2: One shower, bathtub, toilet, and underfloor heating.
Additionally, there is a washing machine and dryer available for all guests.
The house offers nine bedrooms, all with new luxury beds: Six rooms with double beds, two rooms with two single beds, and one room with two "Norwegian bunks" accommodating six people. Additionally, there is a double sofa bed in the living room.
The dining table can accommodate up to 28 people.
Free high-speed fiber internet (1000/1000 Mbit) is available throughout the house.
Outside, there is an open terrace with an outdoor kitchen, including a grill, sink, gas stove, and griddle, where you can enjoy dinner while the sun sets over the area. On the terrace, you will also find the large wilderness hot tub/Jacuzzi, accommodating 14-16 people and always ready for use. The wilderness hot tub is a natural gathering point for the whole family, complemented by the large sauna barrel accommodating 12-14 people and an outdoor shower.
Planned outdoor activities for the 2024 season (no later than June 1, 2024) include mini-golf and a football field with two goals. The lawn will be laid in the spring and is expected to be completed by May.
