"Hotel was in excellent condition - new and modern. Breakfast was superb. Staff don't speak much English, but try to be helpful. My economy room was small even by Turkish standards, but that was fine for me. The room was surprisingly noisy, even though the hotel is back from the main road. The hotel is not within walking distance of the city centre. "

"It was a clean hotel, 2 minutes' walk to the city center in Sivas. I spent 6 nights in this hotel. But the staff spoke no English; communication was extremely difficult. And a lot was misunderstood about staying options, minibar costs, and overall accomodations. I found myself paying for things I didn't know they weren't included. It was not honest. It's a total rip-off. Also, they did not accept payment in euros. They wanted Turkish lira, and as I didn't have it at the moment, they made me...
