"We had a fantastic stay at Swahili Beach Resort. The resort is stunning and thoughtfully designed, featuring a multi layered pool and beautifully crafted architecture throughout the rooms and hotel. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, making our experience even more enjoyable. The only downside was the air con was quite noisy."

The waiters/waitresses during meals need some training on place settings and table etiquette. The chefs made wonderful, fresh meals daily and attentive. The all inclusive package is a must have cocktails are included which was a nice touch."

"The descriptions available online were quite limited so we were not sure what to expect. We (2 couples, 2 kids) stayed in one of the Residences which was great - 3 large ensuite bedrooms and large living/dining area, but no kitchen facilities or dinnerware which was unusual if one assumes 3 couples or other group may be sharing the space. It is a private, stand alone building just a short walk to the main hotel and the pool was deep and good size. The beach in front of the hotel feels private...

I fell in love with Mombasa, Kenya and this was my second time visit within two months time frame. We got there around 2am due to the late flight schedule. When we got to the front desk, it literally took 10 minutes for someone to come out and help us check in. The guy looked like he just woke up and he was very disoriented. He walked with us to guide where our room...
