"A bit disapointment when I arrived late night, and although I had requested the shutle service, no shutle was available, even after I called the hotel. Very limited amenities (1 small soap) and the pressure of water was extremly low. Eventhough it was very late (after 1 am), there was someone with loud music in another room. The only positive aspect is the convinient location, close to the airport if you are transiting for a few hours."

"I would give this hotel zero stars. We arrived about 2 am as we had arranged in advance through hotels.com. We tried to contact the hotel directly but they don't have a working phone number or website. It's in a slummy area, which fits the hotel itself. Our taxi driver got the gate keeper to let us in but he couldn't make the whiny female manager get out of bed to give us a room. After a lot of pounding on her door and phone calls by the gate keeper and our taxi driver, she finally came out...

"We were never able to even find this hotel to check into! We messaged and called multiple times and never heard back from them - phone calls were never even answered. After riding around in a Uber for an hour, we gave up and booked a different place to stay!"
