"Dear san Franciscan, 7 mins walk from Shin Osaka station. Single room is very small. If it’s for an overnight and on budget, go for it. If I stay in Osaka for few days, I’ll get a bigger size room. Good customer service!"

"The hotel and the staff were outstanding here. Definitely earned the 5 star rating. Staff were particularly well spoken in English and helpful explaining where things are and various services like in-room massage and laundry pick up. Overall great place to stay - castle view room with a safe, fridge, coffee and tea. Only disappointment for my friend and I was that their pool/spa was pay-to-use, which doesn’t seem to match the style of the hotel. Perhaps the high level room bookers get free access, not sure. Other than not being able to swim without paying a fee, we were super happy with this place. High level food, service, and amenities overall. Would definitely stay here again in returning to Osaka."

"Location is a bit remote from the station and any convenience store, but service and cleanliness are great. The rooms have plenty of space. Only one small issue is that they do not have onsite coin laundry, they only provide their own expensive laundry service."

"We got a double bed and it was spacious, paid breakfast was worth it and from 2100-2300hrs, there was free ramen and ice cream. The hot springs were segregated between men and women, there’s also full body massage chairs. Everybody was helpful and transportation / konbini was walking distance as well from the Shinkansen / JR line. Would recommend to anybody looking to explore these options / visiting Kyoto. "

"Super convenient, one block from the Shinkansen entrance to Kyoto station. Relatively new. Clean rooms, pleasant staff. There is a convenience store just around the corner. Choose an outside room, as there are some inside rooms that have no view."
