Want to experience life on and around the water in a harbour? This houseboat overlooking the Uitgeestermeer lake feels like a floating apartment. Start your days with a fresh cup of Nespresso coffee while overlooking the passing boats. In the bedrooms with comfortable box-spring beds, you will enjoy a carefree night's sleep. And what about the terrace, which is perfect for an afternoon of sunbathing? Can you see yourself sitting there?
There is plenty to do in the surrounding area. The park is close to sea/beach, nice towns such as Volendam and Monnickendam on the Markermeer and the large cities Alkmaar, Haarlem and Amsterdam. The park is easily accessible by motorway and Schiphol Airport is also nearby. The nearby harbour offers a bistro and brasserie, as well as bicycle and boat rental. From here, you can easily cycle or sail to lovely places along the Uitgeestermeer or further away, such as the Zaanse Schans or the Noordhollands Dune Reserve.

Sehr schöner Ort. Perfekt für einen Kurzurlaub am Wochenende. Das Hausboot ist der Knaller. Für mich, jemandem der wegen seiner 12 Jahre Bundesmarine keine Lust mehr hatte zur See zu fahren, hat der Aufenthalt definitiv Lust auf mehr gemacht. ;-) Die Gastronomie vor Ort ist sehr zu empfehlen und nicht nur ein Labsal für die Seele, sondern auch eine Bereicherung für die anderen Sinne ( sehr leckeres optisch ansprechendes Essen). Nicht mit dem zu Vergleichen, was man üblicherweise in niederländischen Restaurants zu Essen bekommt. Tolle Kreationen von verschiedenen Speisen, sehr lecker und anschaulich auf den Teller gebracht. Das Ambiente direkt am Hafen mit Blick auf das Uitgeeste Meer unübertroffen! Das Personal ist sehr höflich und zuvorkommend.

Das Hausboot entsprach unseren Vorstellungen. Es war sauber und modern eingerichtet. Die Küchenzeile klein aber alles vorhanden. Eine größere Schüssel für Salat wäre super gewesen. Duschzelle war groß und heißes Wasser war vorhanden. Die Flugzeuge und die Autobahn hat man gehört, fanden wir aber nicht sonderlich störend. Nachts hörte man nur das Plätschern vom Wasser welches beruhigend war. Wir hatten super Wetter und konnten uns viel draußen aufhalten. Schade, dass die aufgeführten Restaurants im Hafen nur von Donnerstag bis Sonntag geöffnet haben, so kamen wir nicht in den Genuss sie auszuprobieren. Für einen Kurzurlaub würden wir auf jeden Fall wieder buchen. Beate, Dirk und Mishka  (Husky)

Schönes, modern eingerichtetes Hausboot. Punktabzug wegen Fluglärm nachts und nicht bezogener Betten und fehlender Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Leider war es nicht möglich, die Terassentür zum Lüften offen zu lassen, da der Feststellhebel defekt war. Wurde leider trotz Versprechen nicht behoben.

Mitten in der Natur
Landschaftlich ein Traum. Mit den Panorama-Fenstern ist man ein Teil der Natur. Wir waren von dem Sonnenaufgang über dem See, dem gleißenden Licht der Morgensonne genauso angetan wie von dem Regen. Der einzige Wermutstropfen war der Fluglärm.

Wir hatten die Arosa Nr. 30 dadurch rechts keine Nachbarn mehr und schöne freie Sicht auch auf die Schiffe. Das Hausboot ist sehr gepflegt und gemütlich eingerichtet. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Tolle dusche mit gutem Wasserdruck. Einzig in der Einflugschneise von Schiphol zu liegen hat gelegentlich genervt. Trotzdem würde wir das gerne empfehlen.
