"This hotel is a bit outside of the center of action for this tourist part of Andong, but its proximity to transportation for the areas outside of the city and even within the city are excellent. The rooms are clean, spacious and have good natural light. Although it is clear the hotel is a bit run down, it is still perfectly serviceable and provides a convenient, comfortable place to stay when exploring Andong and its surroundings. The owner created helpful maps to make travel and restaurant selection in the area easier. He is very helpful. I was quite pleased to stay in this hotel during my visit to the city."

"Great priced hotel in the heart of downtown Andong. Basic room amenities. Free coffee machine and communal microwave on first floor. Easy to get to by bus, about 20mins from KTX station and main bus terminal. Highly recommend!"

"Very pleasant new hotel. We really enjoyed our stay! Bath house onsen style & sauna not to be missed - for an extra fee of W8,000 per person, completely worth it. All in all, great price/quality. Very convenient location to visit HAHOE Village (by car). What I would love to find next time: -Some staff who can speak some basic English - communication was really complicated even through Google translate, especially at the restaurant. -Some creamer and sugar together with the soluble coffee in the room - we asked but apparently it was not in stock. - Sauna temperature needs to be higher: it was only 57 Celsius. Recommended temperature is 70 - 90 degrees Celsius (158 - 194 Fahrenheit). Small details easy to fix! I highly recommend it! "

"I realize I am a minority but I didn't like my stay at the guesthouse. It has nothing to do with the staff, everyone was super nice and helpful. However, our room (203) was below par for a budget stay. The bathroom had so much hair, I doubted it had been properly cleaned. So it made me doubt for the rest of the room. 2 mattresses on the floor served as bed. If very hard mattress with feeling every coil spring is your thing, you'll love it. Personally, I do not and woke up with a painful back every morning. On the night that I managed to sleep that is. This being said, the guesthouse location is amazing, walking distance to lots of dining and other entertainment. Buses going further are very close also. The bar adjoining the guesthouse is nice and lively. I really don't like to leave a negative review as people work hard to maintain their business, but this one was a fail for me. "
