We could see the sea from our windows and loved being able to cross the road and be on great walking paths both directions along the ocean. We were walking distance to all the restaurants and shops. "This was by far the best days of my 3 weeks in the Cape. I wish I had booked to stay longer. The view was unbeatable. Across the street from the coastal pathway and walkable to groceries and many good restaurants although I spent many hours in the unit just contemplating. This is a definite stay for me next time."

"Travelling the Garden Route from PE to Cape Town. Travelling as a couple we wanted accommodation that we make full use of all the facilities, and catch up on our washing. We had a sat nav so the place was easy to find. Lots of things to do nearby if the whales are not about, wine tours. Shark Cage diving. "What a perfect spot for a family vacation. It was sublime to have coffee on the stoep each morning watching the sunrise. Property manager was easy to contact and helpful. The only (very mild) disappointment was the swimming pool - not clean. We loved this place; would love to return."

"A very comfortable and inviting penthouse. We enjoyed the week in Hermanus, and the perfect location of La Paradis provided for easy walking to many great restaurants and wine bars. The only downside is the building construction that is going on right next door, but if you don't mind being woken with construction noise at 7:30 this won't be a problem"
