"We had such an amazing stay at the Cuillen Hills Hotel. First, the weather in Skye this week has been perfect, just gorgeous. The room was comfortable, we opted for a premier room with a view of the water and the Cuillens. The setting of the hotel, on the water with the mountains in view cannot be beat. The food was delicious. But most notably, the staff were so helpful and accommodating. I hurt my knee coming down the Storr and they went out of their way to help. Ice packs, room service, arranging a taxi to a meal, and more. Thank you to everyone there! "

"Absolutely stunning. This hotel feels like it is at the ends of the earth, but it is so worth the effort to get there! Our room looked out on the North Sea with sweeping, gorgeous views. The staff was the best - all helpful. They suggested hikes in the area and pointed us to things the locals enjoy, making our stay even better. The restaurant was terrific - excellent food and staff. We loved everything about our stay and look forward to returning soon. "

"An absolutely amazing property. You can’t get a better location with uninterrupted views across Uig. The hosts are very helpful and happy to provide ideas for day trips for your stay, and available to answer any questions you may have. The room was amazing, very cleaning, functional, and spacious. The large bathroom was beautiful and clean and had a great shower. Parking is available on site and there is a a beautiful area to sit outside and view the harbour and watch the sunset. It was so quiet and peaceful. We had the included breakfast at the hotel each morning where a great selection was provided and the food was amazing, the staff were helpful, service was great and they were always friendly. We would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend The Old Pier Cottage. We hope to return again one day. Thank you for a great stay."
