"I found this property on Expedia. I am glad I found this to get away from the celebratory gunfire on New Years. The staff was very nice! The breakfast was good. It wasn't a lot of people there thank goodness. The room was really nice and clean. I was placed in room 200, the last room on that wing with no room to the left. It was so quiet. The only thing was that the floor under the carpet was a bit creeky."

"We have stayed here twice now, once in the summer and once in the winter. Both experiences were amazing and wonderful. My kids love coming here and it’s so nice to be able to bring our dogs with us. It’s close to home but far enough away to feel like we are out of state and in the mountains. The hot tub on the back porch surrounded by snow was my ultimate dream and I’m so happy we got to experience it. The owner is great to work with and very accommodating, quick to respond and available any time we had questions. We would highly recommend this place for a family getaway, girls weekend, or even a solo trip. Can’t wait to come back again! "

"Middlehaven exceeded our expectations for the space and amenities we needed for our large family Christmas celebration! We ranged from Grandparents to infant and every need we encountered was thought of in this space! Rose put little touches of Christmas decor in each room and a large beautiful tree in the living room that created such a cozy environment for our stay! The coffee bar was a popular hub for adults and teens as we enjoyed warm beverages all day! We played games, read books, lounged in the comfortable seating, soaked in the hot tub and the kids were entertained for hours in the basement when the sun would set early and it was too cold to be outside! That’s just the highlights of our stay, but much more could be said in detail! "
