"Position in whitby itself. If weather bad there was plenty room to stay in hotel. All staff had time to speak to you and seemed to have a smile all day."

"Had to charge room as window wouldn't shut tight so you could hear the noise from the carriage way and that was on the other side of the hotel, swapped rooms the next day and that was ok. Problem resolved quickly and staff very friendly."
