"We choose this property for our family vacation and it exceeded our expectations. The owners were there to greet us and made sure that we were comfortable throughout our stay. This is a truly beautiful home in a great location. We loved the outdoor space and especially the pool. So many activities near by as well. Fulvio and Silvia are so attentive. Everything was taken care of and we will definitely visit again. Overall, I give it my highest recommendation. Anthony & Family"

"Confort minimum, déco sans goût, pas de clim mais ventilateur, patelin un peu isolé.. La photo, sur le site, d'une chambre avec haut plafond, comme dans un palais 17ème, est incongrue, voir trompeuse! ça n'a rien à voir... Petit déjeuner simple, voir simpliste, avec un croissant au nutella (beurk!)"

"Property area was comfortable. Quite few amenities. Food was accurate, quality was ok. Did not like that on the rate was not enclosed the place on beach. That had to be settled as extra. And for an hotel on the sea this is quite odd. Missing baby-club and music. Only piano-bar music, the siger was very nice. But it could have been better if could offer different kind of entertinement. "

"Beautiful and stunning traditional italian architecture. Nice service, stuff friendly, highlighting the massages in Spa, a must during the stay. Sea view front rooms are modern and you can wake up with ocean view with only ocean noices."

"Darei un voto 9 per la colazione buonissima abbondante, il voto 10 per la pulizia i corridoi erano sempre accompagnati da profumi gradevoli per non parlare della stanza. Situato in posto strategico e tranquillo spiaggia a pochi metri e centro a pochi chilometri. Abbiamo anche cenato qualche sera e si è mangiato veramente bene. Spero di tornarci al più presto . "

"Located very close to the main lively part of the town and boardwalk. Very friendly staff. Typical Italian 3 star hotel with all the basics covered. Very nice restaurant. Around the corner from the delicious Martinelli pastry shop / bakery. "

"An old masseria in quiet and relaxing countryside. However, the room condition was poor and had a strong mouldy smell. On the plus, the continental breakfast and pool were good."
