Holiday house, Martha``am Szczecin Lagoon / Meck / Pom / Ueckermünde-Bellin

Our FH was modernized in August 2018, everything is at ground level and modern furnishings.
You can park your car at your doorstep in the fenced area free of charge.
On the cozy terrace you can enjoy the rising sun at breakfast. Even the evenings offer a cuddly barbecue.
From the hallway you enter the living room with a cozy sitting area with flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi.
The bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed (160 cm) and wardrobe.
In the kitchen you will find for 2 people a dining area, fridge-freezer, cooker with ceramic hob, sink and attractive crockery and cutlery.
Shower and toilet are separated, in the utility room you will find space for luggage and necessary utensils.
We have a nice big dog, always happy about guests and their pats,
However, may remain separately with the landlord.
Bikers, cyclists, hikers and equestrian tourists are welcome from 2 nights. We charge per booking a one-time cleaning fee of 39 €.

Es war sehr sehr schön!
Alles wie beschrieben.. sehr sauber. Spitzen Lage! Grundstück sehr groß und schön gepflegt. Die Einrichtung hat schon fast alles was man so brauchte. Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet mit kleiner Flamingoobsession 😁. Wirklich sehr schön und Gemütlich. Kontakt war super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Karlo (Hund) ist ein absoluter Schatz 🤗 Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder ☺️

Schönes kleines Häuschen für Zwei mit Außensitzplatz und Autostellplatz auf dem großem grünen Grundstück. Gut ausgestattete Küche, Dusche und WC separat, extra Abstellraum. Sehr nette Vermieter mit liebem und gutmütigen Hund Carlo. Schöner Spazier- und Radweg geht gleich hinter dem Grundstück ab. Autoverkehr auf der Durchgangstraße ist recht nah und hörbar. Zwei Badestellen im Ort am ehesten mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar.

Wir haben uns sofort heimisch gefühlt. Frau Wittenberg & Familie, samt Hund Carlo sind sehr herzliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Unsere kleine Fewo war perfekt für den kurzen Aufenthalt. Drinnen und draußen: alles super sauber und gepflegt. Wir kommen gern nochmal wieder!

Tolle kleine Ferienwohnung, es hat an nichts gefehlt und ist sehr sauber. Die Vermieterin ist super nett. Die Wohnung ist auf einem tollen Grundstück mit verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten im Freien.

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft (kleines Häuschen) in der nichts fehlte. Alles sehr sauber und top. Eine sehr freundliche Vermieterin hat uns empfangen und uns alles gut erklärt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei Frau Wittenberg.Wir kommen sicherlich wieder und dann auch für etwas länger.

Super nette Vermieterin, sehr freundlicher Hund. Das Haus ist sauber, und gut ausgestattet, es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Umgebung mit dem Fahrrad zu erkunden, hat uns viel Spaß gemacht.

Eine traumhafte Woche in Bellin mit Familienanschluss
Wir würden aufs herzlichste begrüßt und herumgeführt. Das kleine Haus ist für 2 perfekt. Alles was man braucht und sich vorstellen kann war da. Perfekter Zustand. Picobello sauber. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Kerstin, unsere Vermieterin hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen.Carlo der Wachhund hat uns sofort in sein Herz geschlossen.
