The room inspire of day long request, was not cleaned. I came at property at 9:30 am asked for timely entry. But after a day excursion arrived back at 10:45, it was found at 11:00 pm that the old bed sheets and towels were used. Hairs founds on bed sheets at 11:30 pm midnight. This is a pathetic hotel. It’s covid time and they are doing this it’s ridiculous

Overpriced for what you get
Very overpriced for what you get. They couldn't find my booking initially. The room floor was very, very dirty and I had black feet after 3 minutes and had to wear my shoes around the room. Ran water for 15 minutes on "hot" but nothing came. Called the desk and they said they had to "turn the boiler on" and it would take 5 minutes. The fact I had to ask for hot water instead of that being provided is pretty ridiculous for the price of this hotel. The hotel is also just two floors of the building, not the whole building like the pictures make it appear. Very basic amenities. Parking was in the basement with no lighting. Then when I tried leaving early in the morning found out they close the basement door so no one can leave. Had to use my phone flashlight in the dark to find the switch for the garage door and open it myself so I could leave. The one MAJOR plus side was that the bed was crazy comfortable. I'll give them that. But the place seemed no different from other hotels I have paid 1/2 the price for.
