However the property itself is new , clean rooms and good service and staff. Plentiful and delicious buffet breakfast and dinner . Quite a professional hotel. Our room had a noise issue that was promptly attended and fixed "

"This was a once in a lifetime experience. The level and quality of service from the time we were picked up at the airport to the time we were dropped off was unparalleled and exquisite. The property itself is wonderful and unique. It takes a boat ride to get there and we as guests have an option of taking a wooden boat (Environmentally conscious) vs a speed boat.
