Situated on the upper boardwalk at the end of a short staircase and hallway is 18-Sea Urchin, a one-bedroom loft suite with vaulted ceilings. The atmosphere is spacious with a true west coast feel. Wood floors and gorgeous post & beam accents with huge ceilings flood the space. The queen bedroom overlooks the living room. In the living room is a double sofa bed, electric fireplace and bathroom with large tub & shower. There is a shared BBQ on the boardwalk for guests.

*Up to 2 pets are welcome at our property, however it is subject to a $60 cleaning fee per pet and guest must fill a pet registration form*

New strata bylaws implemented, and smoking is now prohibited anywhere on the property. We suggest for now guests who wish to smoke may do so in the parking lot.
Pets must be under owner’s control at all times.
Pets must be on a leash while on the grounds of the property & must be picked up after, pets must be always under the owners’ control. For the safety of the animal and comfort of other guests, dogs must not be left in the room unattended.
No additional visitors or guests above the confirmed booking amount without our approval and no gatherings or parties please.
