"Absolutely stunning property in a beautiful medieval town. Our host couldn’t be more accommodating. He took so much time showing us the rooms , area and the views . This town is off the tourist route but so worth a visit ! Come stay here !"

"Beautiful room with two balconies and lovely furnishings. The bed was large and comfortable, and the bathroom was cavernous. The hotel is in a wonderfully decorated historic building in the center of town. A perfect place from which to enjoy Santillana Del Mar. The only point against them is that there is no coffee maker or kettle in the room. Parking available in their lot for a small charge. "

"サンタンデールに行く途中で宿泊しました。とても親切なマスターは英語も堪能で、親切に見どころやレストラン情報を教えてくれてとてもありがたかったです。部屋も綺麗で家族で泊まるのに十分でした。ディナーはありませんが近所の素晴らしいバルやレストランを紹介してくれます。朝ごはんはパンコントマテとコーヒー、ハモンにチーズととても美味しくいただきました。パレドールに泊まるのもいいですが、当ホテルのようなこじんまりしたホテルもマスターとの距離感が近くて良い思い出になりますね。皆さんも機会があればぜひ泊まってみて下さい。オススメです！"

"Excellent place to stay. Very clean and very friendly staff. Excellent location to visit the “must see” medieval town of Santillana Del Mar in Cantabria. This northern part of Spain is very beautiful and this hotel is also very convenient to sight see towns around. The Altamira Caves and its replicas, another must see, are 2 - 3 minutes away. Loved the place."

"This is a beautiful property in a 15th century mansion in a lovely little town. It was great to have private secure parking and the staff was so helpful. The bar was a great little spot and breakfast was delicious. There is no restaurant however and only selected options at the bar. We were there in mid-November and restaurant options in town were limited. Overall highly recommended and reasonably priced."
