Second time staying here and was the perfect start to Bali! The staff is accommodating through pre-arrival information to ensuring we had a taxi for departure. Amazing jungle stay
Amazing jungle feel location! Staff are super helpful and accommodating. They sit down with you when you check in and explain to you about the resort and places to go nearby. They weee also able to assist us in renting a scooter. Massage was so so more like a rub then an actual massage. Food was better thank most places.

This was by far the most beautiful place I’ve ever stayed! The entire staff from the moment we arrived treated us like family. They accommodated every request we made with such politeness. I really felt like royalty. The property is immaculate and groomed every day. Our villa was so private and clean. I could easily live there! Let me start by saying this is a beautiful property! From the moment you arrive you are treated like royalty. Someone is available and at your back and call 24 hours a day I felt so spoiled. The food options are beyond amazing and the quality of the ingredients they used blew me away. I ordered so much room service and it did not cost hardly anything. I did have a small hiccup that I didn’t need to mention. I always bring my own bedding and the last night I stayed there. I decided to get under their bedding and there were bloody stains all on the comforter that had been there prior to me arriving, so the linens clearly had not been changed. By the time I noticed all the dried blood stains on the comforter I had already slept underneath it and was disgusted. They sent someone to change out the comforter, but other than that, nothing else was done. That was my only issue with the property. Everything else was five stars. Would I stay there again absolutely.
