If you going to stay here don't use Hotels.com to booked it. Me and my friends were there on May 2019 and we booked 4 rooms back in February 2019. My reservations was confirm with hotels.com. my booking was to pay at the hotel at check in. One of my friend also booked it using hotels.com and already paid for it back in February 2019. When we got there the this place they only have 1 RSVP for 1 room which was booked with booking.com they don't have the 3 RESERVATIONS booked with hotels.com BUT ON THEIR WALL THEY GOT A CERTIFICATE FROM HOTELS.COM WITH 4 STARS ON IT. We called hotels.com and they said they faxed and emailed our reservations to the hotel back in February and they can proof it. The manager was mad and at 1 point he told us to go somewhere. We were frustrated with no place to so the manager put the 3 of us with their sister hotels.

Pésimo alojamiento
Pésima experiencia, primero no estaba nuestra reserva en sus registro, segundo cuando la encontraron nos dieron una habitación, donde la cama estaba llena de hormigas y nos cambiaron de habitación. Tercero el desayuno pedimos un tipo de huevo y nos llegó otro. Nos pasaron un teléfono para comunicarnos con ellos, nunca estuvo disponible y lo último, danza de ratones por el techo en las noches que o dejaban dormir.

Nice place. Food was good. Both much better than what we had at an upscale beach resort in Seminyak! Beautiful location. Spacious rooms. I would stay again. Only issue I did have was that the villas were supposed to pick us up at the airport. This is something I reconfirmed just before we left. We waisted a lot of time waiting at the airport for a driver who was never going to arrive to arrive. I tried calling and emailed multiple times to get no answer. If something like this wver happens to you don’t be afraid to just go grab a deiver. There are a ton of them begging to give you a ride anywhere. Just settle the details first. With I would have done that right feom the beginning. Because I didn’t we didn’t reach the villa until around 9pm. After being in an airplane for 24 hours and expecting to be at the villa by 5-6 and not making it to 9 it was definitely a disappointment but they did at least try to make it right with us.

选择paja是因为被一片稻田的图片吸引,事实也没有让我失望。paja一共有两片区域,一片是标准房,一片是套间和villa,网站显示的地址是在标准间。早餐是选择好送进房间,每个villa都有一个露台,早餐对着稻田还是很享受的,早餐有美式印尼式还有松饼可以选择,不算丰富但还可口。酒店的员工都十分热情。车子是开不进villa和套间区域,从路口路口步行十分钟或者让前台摩托来接。酒店到乌布失去有每个小时的定时班车,最晚十点一刻从乌布返回酒店,基本满足出行需求,但是每次需要班车一定要提前用前台发的手机打电话告知的。唯一不太喜欢的是villa的淋浴,虽然有两个,都是脚下都是石头,是要遍洗澡遍足底按摩吗? 总体而言,还是很推荐的,安静安逸舒适!

Nice view, but far from main road
It takes about 10 km from Ubud market to the hotel. From the main road, you have to ride motorcycle to hotel. As my room type is suite so I have to ride motorcycle/walk from reception to my room which is about 200 m. I can contact with the staff by using hotel’s mobile phone. But my suite room with rice field and swimming pool view is very wonderful place to relax and refresh

Very calm place
I stayed for 2 nights in Pajar Villa it is very calm and comfortable, hotel it's out of ubud center by approx 15 minutes by car, hotel providing free shuttle service to & from ubud center every hour from 9 am to 10 pm pool is amazing experience as surrounded by rice fields and value for money was great

朝の目覚めが素晴らしいホテル
ドライヤーは部屋にないのでフロントに言って貸してもらいます。シャワーは水が冷たい日もあり、しんどかったです。浴槽の中やトイレの周りに虫がいることもありました。コンセントから変換プラグが抜けなくなり、放置せざる終えませんでした。朝食は600円でしたがあまり美味しくなかったので食べなくてもいいと思います。 色々ありましたが、朝はニワトリの声で起きたり、夜はホタルが見えたりなど日本では味わえないような体験が出来、また朝の景色が最高なのでまた泊まってもいいかなと思いました。 スタッフの方々もとても良い方なので、このホテルに泊まることが出来て満足しています。

Best staff
We came back to Pajar house for the second time after 3.5 years and it was great. As usual, the staff was the nicest that we’ve ever experienced in Bali. They are extremely nice, helpful and is the main reason for such a great experience in Pajar house. Hotel is in a nice queit area and there is a convenient shuttle bus service where you get sent to/picked up from Ubud centre. Hotel even provides a mobile phone to call them for any requests. Thank you Pajar house team for a great experience again! Some suggestions to make it even better: 1) Food price: it’s quite pricey for the amount/quality of food. Either reduce the price or increase the portion (for example burger comes with very few fries); 2) Room cleaniness: it would be great to have blanket cover as It clearly cannot be washed daily without one. Similarly, the mosquito net could be washed more frequently. It seemed that the one in our room wasn’t washed for a very long time as it had many stains. There were some other signs that rooms were not cleaned very well after previous guests. 3) Lizards: not sure if anything can be done with this one, but it would be great to ensure that there are no lizzards in the room. They can make quite some noise in the night (and well... poop everywhere). Tackling the above would make Pajar house comparable to best hotels in the area. Even with the above issues it is still great and reasonably priced stay. We will be returning again!

Villa in the rice paddies!
I was here last week for three nights while staying in Ubud. We had the best time! The staff was so so helpful. Since we had booked a villa, we had to take the motorbikes back to the villa as no cars pass. The first time I was super nervous, but they are the best drivers. We preordered breakfast delivered to the table on the porch outside of our rooms. We also were given a local phone to use so we could be picked up if we went into central Ubud which was ten minutes by car. I can't say enough how much I loved this place, I did not want to leave. We had a 3am pick up (excursion) on morning and because we'd be missing breakfast, they packed us a to go box of breakfast. The wifi in the villa was also very good. Each villa has its own wifi.

Wunderschöne Aussicht auf die Reisfelder
Das Hotel ist etwas abseits von Ubud gelegen, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat da es im Zentrum sehr hektisch zu geht. Wir hatten eine Villa mit Aussicht auf die wunderschönen Reisfelder. Die Villa selber war sehr groß und das offene Bad war wirklich toll mit einer Dusche unter freiem Himmel. Das Frühstück wurde zur gewünschten Zeit auf der eigenen Terrasse serviert. Ins Zentrum wird von 9- 22 Uhr ein kostenloser Shuttlebus vom Hotel geboten, wir haben ein Handy bekommen um den Fahrer oder die Rezeption anzurufen. Toller Service. Wir haben die Tage im Pajar House wirklich genossen und waren ganz traurig als wir abgereist sind. Das Personal war sehr herzlich, vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit.

Hotel met goede service
Het hotel ligt een heel stuk van Ubud. Er is een shuttle service wat prima werkt. Je krijgt telefoon mee en dan kun je weer bellen als je wilt worden opgehaald. Hotel is in wat verouderde staat. Ruime kamer. Personeel is zeer vriendelijk. Ontbijt wordt op je kamer geserveerd. Het is een matig ontbijt.

Tolles Hotel / Preis-Leistung stimmt!
Es wird zwar mit dem Pool der Pajar House Villa geworben, die 1km entfernt ist, dennoch ein süßes familiengeführtes Hotel. Offenes Badezimmer mit Dusche mitten im "Raum" inkl. integrierter Fußreflexzonenmassage durch Steine im Duschboden. Vorhänge/Fliegennetz leider etwas verschmutzt, ansonsten sehr schön zum Entspannen. Kostenloser Shuttle nach Ubud City inklusive! WhatsApp Gruppe gibt's leider keine, dafür bekommt man ein altes Nokia Telefon um mit den Angestellten zu kommunizieren.

Perfektes Hotel nahe Zentrum aber trotzdem ruhig
Das Hotel war perfekt! Es ist nicht weit vom Zentrum entfernt und das Hotel hat einen eigenen Shuttel. Wir mussten nie länger als 5 Minuten warten und ein Fahrer war bereit. Ein gutes System, denn man bekommt vom Hotel ein Handy um sie anzurufen wenn man wieder zurück ins Hotel möchte. Sehr sehr freundliches und liebevolles Personal! Alles Sauber, gutes Essen schöne Anlage. Man fühlt sich wie Zu Hause und kann richtig entspannen.

très belle villa au calme dans les rizieres
Bon accueil, excellent service de shuttle. Nous regrettons aucun petit geste commerciial apres etre restées 8 nuits sur places.. pas de transfert offert(100000 de plus qu'en decembre)alors que des amis en ont bénéficié pour moins de nuits!,on nous a proposé le chauffeur parlant francais avec rajout de prix(qui est par ailleurs extrêmement gentil et compétent)alors que pour d'autres personnes ce n'a pas été le cas.on regrette un peu aussi que le dernier au revoir de la jeune réceptionniste ait ete de s'assurer que nous avions bien réglé notre note quand nous attendions le taxi. C'est dommage on a l'impression que le rapport a l'argent est omnis présent ce que l'on a jamais ressenti ailleurs.

We stayed in a standard room, number 10. It was okay, but didn't look as nice as in the picture on Hotels.com. There is a small pool close to the rooms/buildings and some people used it every now and then. The pool in Hotels.com pictures is at the Villas, not at the normal rooms. Service: some of the staff were nice and helpful, some of them seemed that they couldn't care less. Breakfast: not good. Only one eatable was nasi/mie goreng. But you don't want to eat that every day either. Banana pancakes were terrible. Car service: brilliant. You get a mobile phone to use and you can call the driver when you need to get back from the city. Room: okay. Would be great if a) there wasn't a big hole between the sliding door (open roof bathroom) and the room plus holes in the door. All animals get in. And b) the room gets filled with dead ants every day! We asked about it and they said it's normal... well, not very nice. They do offer slippers so you don't have to walk bare foot on the ants... we had hot water maybe 2 days out of 4. When the room was cleaned we never got everything we should, i.e. new small towels, new napkins, new coffee cups, etc. Close by: not much. You can walk through the rice fields to the city. It is an okay place to stay and we took the Ubud tour through the hotel and it was good. But maybe not as good as rated here.

A Very Mixed Review
Most staff speak English well, very good check-in process where they sit you down and talk you through all the hotel services which was very personal and appreciated. They originally put us into a room which we felt was not a deluxe room as we had booked (looked totally different to the photos) so we made a complaint and they moved us to another room on the newer half of the property for the rest of the stay which was a deluxe room as shown online. The outdoor bathroom was very nice but when I tried to have a bath it only filled up about 15cm with warm water before it ran cold. Hot water not always reliable, water and power turned off completely once. Bed comfortable but potentially had bugs, blood spots as if we were squashing blood-filled bugs while we slept. Air con OK, TV works but in black and white, room service not the best (asked for certain items to be left off a couple times and meals still arrived with them on). The outdoor gardens are nice and well looked after, the pool is nice. The beautiful pool surrounded by rice fields in the main photo is not the main property site, that is only the villa site, but they will drive you there if you would like to go for a swim in that pool instead. Mobile phone to call them to pick you up from town was very handy. Fairly cheap tours run by hotel drivers. Some concerns about security as the windows did not lock and nothing was done to fix this even after we asked them. A nice hotel but they need to iron out some kinks

Super dejligt sted
Selvom det ligger lidt uden for Ubud, er dette dejlige sted absolut et besøg værd. Meget venligt personale og meget fint med gratis kørsel ind til byen. der ud over har de en afd. ude i ris markerne, hvor man kan nyde poolen og markerne omkring sig.
